Requirements
  • 7+ years in a Lifecycle role, owning end to end campaigns from conceptualization to execution
  • 4+ years of experience in a people management role, or directly mentoring other Lifecycle professionals
  • Experience owning 8-figure budgets or more, and allocating them across various Lifecycle functions
  • Experience in tech B2B and B2C or SaaS industries, with extensive knowledge in enterprise markets and consumer journey's
  • Proven success in building Lifecycle programs from scratch that can scale in fast-pace environments
  • Strong sense of ownership, and desire to equally lead strategy and be hands-on in execution
  • Experience using productivity/project management softwares
Responsibilities
  • Own the global Lifecycle Marketing roadmap and develop marketing strategies to support onboarding, engagement, monetization, and retention, and upgrade/cross-promote programs
  • Manage the Lifecycle Marketing team's partnership with the Email team to execute global email campaigns through a collaborative cross-functional process from conception to launch
  • Partner closely with Growth Product teams for in-app and push notification opportunities that drive consumer retention
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation leaders to align sales and lead generation KPIs with Lifecycle campaigns
  • Build testing roadmaps to continuously improve various program performance and partner with Marketing Ops teams to launch programs
  • Partner with the Analytics team to identify the key drivers of the upgrade, engagement, and identify actionable insights from customer data to continually improve global CRM efforts
  • Communicate marketing plans, objectives and key results tracking, program results internally to ensure key learnings are shared with stakeholders
  • Build reports and dashboards to monitor campaign activity and impact. Establish KPIs and know the drivers that identify an opportunity
  • Own an 8-figure budget with strategic allocation that drives ROI
