  • 10 years of experience in construction management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction/Project Management or related field
  • CCM (CMAA), PMP (Project Management Professional), Professional Engineer (PE), or Professional Architecture (AIA) certification
  • Experience on occupied building renovations, Federal and MEP projects is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Corp of Engineers QCM Certification within 30 days of hire
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Industry Project software packages
  • Fluent in project management principles
  • Ability to analyze project-related information
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a technical specialist to the AOC’s COR/PM/CM
  • Review Plans, Specifications, and Cost Estimates
  • Assist with scheduling and conducting progress meetings
  • Monitor the project proactively to identify delays
  • Assist in handling disputed project issues
  • Process outgoing correspondence and materials
  • Maintain project records and files
  • Monitor all construction activities
