  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline and/or comparable military experience
  • 3-5 years of scheduling and/or project controls experience
  • Experience with Smartsheet's, Microsoft Projects, and/or Primavera highly preferred
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is required prior to the employee's start date with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable
  • Willingness to travel up to 100%

  • Create alignment with cross-functional client departments

  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for clients
  • Perform due diligence on system and subject domains
  • Identify and close individual knowledge gaps
  • Proactively identify and escalate roadblocks
  • Support necessary billables as forecasted
  • Maintain internal site tools
  • Develop technical aptitude of core services
  • Produce key project controls deliverables
  • Analyze complex project data and deliver clear messages
  • Contribute to the company's mission through professional development
  • Actively seek out opportunities for improvement
  • Build meaningful internal and external relationships
  • Present Project Farma as a service to clients
