Job Summary
We are looking for a self-motivated and passionate marketer to add to our growing team in Denver, Colorado. This person will report to the Director of Marketing Communications and be responsible for the development and execution/management of lead generation programs in our B2B channel (paid, owned, and organic), internal and external marketing communications, and integrating those efforts with our internal technology stack.
Primary Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Implement and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to drive client demand, engagement, and lead generation for our B2B channel.
Conversion Optimization: Using data, client feedback, and best practices, optimize for lead conversion rate across multiple platforms and channels including web forms/landing pages, in-person seminars, PPC ads, social ads, display ads, radio, and direct mail.
Digital Marketing: Create and manage B2B digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing, optimize for lead pipeline growth.
Internal Marketing Communications: Own the flow of information between Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Leadership to ensure company alignment on all initiatives, policies, and programs. Primary channels are email and Teams.
External Marketing Communications: Own the flow of information to our clients, partners, prospects, and industry collaborators. Primary channels are email, social media, web, and paid advertising.
Program Management: Administer marketing programs with a focus on process, service, and growth. Programs include live seminar marketing, radio marketing, digital marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Social Media: Own B2B social media presence to build following, engagement, and brand credibility
Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Marketing Design and Creative: Design and produce marketing creative in both digital and print mediums with an emphasis on web design and copywriting.
Copywriting: Write creative copy for websites, social, ads, emails/newsletters, etc.
B2B Email Marketing: Build high-converting emails, manage email campaigns and audiences, segment lists based on behavior, and manage lead distribution.
Marketing Automation: Integrate lead generation campaigns with Hubspot to track conversion, feed email lists, maintain database integrity, and create actionable data insights. Technology Stack Management: Organize and structure data from programs, events, paid media, and other sources within our internal systems including Hubspot, SharePoint, Asana, and other proprietary systems.
Primary Skills and Requirements:
Educational Background:A graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
Lead Generation:A minimum of two years of experience in generating leads through both digital and traditional channels.
Email Marketing:At least two years of hands-on experience in email marketing.
Digital Marketing:Two or more years of experience in digital marketing, including paid and organic social media, Google Ads, digital content creation, and content marketing.
Website Management/Design:A year or more of experience in managing and/or designing websites.
Copywriting Skills:Exceptional skills in copywriting.
Communication Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Design and Content Creation:Prior experience in design and content creation is preferred.
Digital Marketing Knowledge:A strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques.
Mass Communication Principles:A solid understanding of mass communication principles.
Marketing Software Proficiency:Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot (or similar automation platforms), and social media management platforms.
Creative Thinking:The ability to think creatively and develop engaging marketing campaigns and clear, concise communications.
Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Project Management:Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Teamwork:Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Attention to Detail:Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Adaptable Communication:Ability to adapt communication effectively to accommodate different audiences.
Self-Motivation:Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical.
The general pay scale for this open position is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00. Pay for a selected candidate will be determined within the pay scale based on one or more of the following factors: candidate’s experience, skill set, education level, and/or location.
