Requirements
  • Personal lines insurance experience with high-net-worth clientele.
  • A Property and Casualty license.
  • Client service orientation with the ability to manage expectations.
  • Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing individuals and team goals.
  • At least 3–5 years of personal insurance experience with client-facing experience.
  • Understanding of how to cultivate opportunities from clients’ Centers of Influence.
Responsibilities
  • Guide a dynamic team and client advisory efforts to ensure high-quality client service.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Work with the sales team to assign client advisors and manage transitions.
  • Collaborate with business units to promote a OnePCS mindset and build organizational relationships.
  • Build and nurture relationships with Centers of Influence.
  • Forecast, conduct performance reviews, and address underperformance.
  • Manage relationships with local and regional carriers and monitor contract changes and underwriting guidelines for regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee the audit process.
  • Handle client communications and presentations.
  • Participate in hiring and interviewing processes.
  • Analyze workload, manage resources, and conduct regular staff meetings and one-on-ones.
  • Participate in advisory reviews for larger clients and help resolve complex client or underwriting issues.
  • Lead colleague development, training, and succession planning.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to deliver financial results.
  • Develop business plans with goals for referrals, new business, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements.
  • Lead a hybrid workforce and provide clear leadership during transitions.
