Requirements
  • 7+ years in full-stack development (front-end and back-end)

Responsibilities
  • Implement reliable, scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for front-end and back-end systems
  • Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for enterprise-level digital transformation projects
  • Ensure platform uptime and optimize system performance through proactive monitoring and incident response practices
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and tools, recommending innovative solutions to drive business success
  • Design, code, test, debug, and maintain features, APIs, and third-party integrations
  • Build reusable front-end components and robust back-end infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance across devices
  • Continuously improve platform performance, scalability, and security using industry best practices
  • Ensure adherence to web accessibility (ADA), security, and privacy standards
  • Partner with stakeholders across product, marketing, merchandising, and IT to align technical solutions with business objectives
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, translating business needs into technical specifications
