  • 5+ years experience in social media management and content marketing strategy with a keen understanding in social best practices, trends, content marketing production and distribution
  • Understanding of and interest in the live entertainment industry (both concerts & comedy) - superfans welcome!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Ability to film on-the-fly mobile phone content for social feeds
Responsibilities
  • Lead on managing an array of social media projects including but not limited to touring and artist requests, content marketing needs, bespoke content pieces, real-time show coverage, and all social media/content marketing related needs
  • Support global touring initiatives via content creation that features artists in order to promote their tours in a fan-centric, social-forward way while highlighting milestones throughout a tours lifetime
  • Lead efforts on day-to-day management of global show priorities and real-time show coverage for social media feeds as requested by key stakeholders and tour marketing teams
  • Lead on all assigned project communications for global show social media coverage across various channels, ensuring all feedback is incorporated at all touchpoints (Asana, Email, Slack, etc.)
  • Co-lead new project stream focusing on tour announcements, on sales, tour kickoffs, and maintenance with a creative social strategy that aligns with Live Nation’s social mission (for both concerts & comedy)
  • Assist in maintaining all social media platforms for Live Nation, including real-time posting, copy writing, content sharing/reposting, profile maintenance, etc. for Meta, X, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Real-time social media management and coverage of shows and events on nights and weekends (as needed)
  • Oversee and organize asset management from show performance for both lo-fi and hi-fi show content in order to archive effectively for global promotional use
  • Maintain content calendars and reporting spreadsheet to ensure all live social links related to are properly built out and archived
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of music and culture, spotting storytelling opportunities and social trends to bring to the team for consideration
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tool is strongly preferred
  • Experience working with Social Media Tools (Sprout, Later and/or other similar software) a plus
  • In-app editing experience (TikTok, CapCut, etc.)
  • Desire to learn, adapt, implement current and future creative, content, and social trends

Live Nation invests in Romanian promoter Emagic and Slovak agency Vivien to address concert supply gap

Live Nation has invested in Romanian promoter Emagic and Slovak booking agency Vivien as part of its expansion across Central and Eastern Europe. The move addresses a significant supply-demand gap, with over 50% of Slovak fans and 47% of Romanian fans travelling to other cities for concerts due to limited local events. Emagic, active since 2005, has promoted major acts including Metallica, Coldplay and Guns N' Roses in Romania. Vivien has brought artists such as Beyoncé, Rammstein and Iron Maiden to Slovakia whilst managing leading Slovak act IMT Smile. The investments aim to increase concert volumes across more cities, reduce fan travel requirements and improve access to international touring artists. Ryman Hospitality Properties, a hotel REIT with a 5% dividend yield, offers investors exposure to the live music industry through its ownership of Nashville's Grand Ole Opry and Ryman Auditorium.
