Requirements
  • Ph.D. degree in chemistry, environmental science, environmental engineering and other relevant areas.
Responsibilities
  • Develop method for target and non-target analysis of emerging contaminants in different matrixes.
  • Adapt advanced materials and technologies for emerging contaminants removal.
  • Evaluate and assess risk of reclaimed soil and water for regeneration.
  • Integrate mass spectrometry, genomics, plant pathology to mechanistically understand the emerging contaminants and soil and crop interaction.
  • Conduct lab experiment, analyze data, writing research papers, and presenting results at professional meetings.
  • Assist with the preparation and cleaning of worksite.
  • Other duties as required.

  • Hands-on experience of non-target analysis with high resolution mass.
  • Passion for interdisciplinary research and new discoveries.
