Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
  • Previous internship experience in marketing or events is a plus
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems, preferably Marketo and Salesforce, is a plus
  • Experience with coordinating events (live and virtual), and virtual event platforms (Zoom Webinars, Bizzabo, Hopin) is a plus
  • Able to work independently with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Able to manage and execute on multiple projects at once
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and matrix organization
  • Analytical, with the ability to capture and use key data and insights to drive key marketing strategies and decisions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, copy-editing and writing skills required
  • Must be able to support in-person at marketing events
Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the Events & Field Marketing team to organize and coordinate events, Workat’s flagship conference - Automate, ancillary Automate events, and other industry events
  • Project manage multiple events and ensure all pre to post event tasks are promptly followed-up
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Design, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure event deliverables are executed according to strategy
  • Curating creative and effective messaging for event invitation, landing pages and marketing collaterals that drive registrants and attendees
  • Supporting marketing operations needs for event asset hand off and post-event content organization
Desired Qualifications
