Users can rent these vehicles through a mobile app, which allows them to locate, unlock, and pay for rides conveniently. The service is available in many cities around the world, catering to urban commuters, tourists, and those seeking eco-friendly transport options. Lime generates revenue primarily through ride fees, charging users based on the duration of their rides. What sets Lime apart from competitors is its commitment to sustainability and continuous fleet upgrades, including the latest Gen4 electric scooters that enhance ride quality. Additionally, Lime is exploring augmented reality technology to improve parking solutions, aiming to reduce urban clutter.
