Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field of study
  • 1-2 years of experience in product operations or operations management
  • Data analysis experience with a basic understanding of relational databases
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously and keep partners up to date on progress and risk
  • Ability to remain flexible and thrive in ambiguity
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate efficiently across teams
  • Ability to use quantitative and qualitative feedback to form insights that drive actions
  • Ability to identify and act on tools and processes to improve efficiency
  • Product thinking to identify product improvements based on quantitative analysis
Responsibilities
  • Own challenging problems to improve Ground Truth Data Acquisition
  • Design, track and measure Performance, Cost, Efficiency and Workforce Utilization metrics
  • Ensure data availability for projects to start on time
  • Diagnose and follow-up ingestion issues with Engineering
  • Ensure training materials are up-to-date and communicated to partners
  • Support Machine Learning Engineers in hunting for rare, long-tail datasets
  • Develop paretos on the costliest tasks and ideate solutions to increase productivity
  • Create a roadmap to improve labeller tooling to improve Productivity and Quality
  • Shadow labellers, perform (or source) time and motion studies to look for optimization opportunities
  • Work with Product and engineering counterparts to help prioritize the roadmap
Desired Qualifications
  • Masters degree or advanced degree in a quantitative field
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets. Basic SQL knowledge is helpful
  • Experience building dashboards in Looker or Big Query
