Requirements
  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution
  • Eligible for pharmacist licensure in the State of Massachusetts
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative on a variety of projects at both the industry site and Northeastern
Responsibilities
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of disease epidemiology and pathophysiology in a specific therapeutic area to lead a longitudinal project across Medical Affairs
  • Develop a working knowledge of various departments, processes, regulations, and compliance that aligns with industry standards
  • Create, update, and facilitate review of medical response documents for call center communications to healthcare providers and patients/caregivers
  • Collect and analyze data from relevant reports to identify and communicate inquiry trends and key product insights
  • Participate in the development and implementation of medical plans and ensure alignment of key medical activities to the medical strategy
  • Support Medical Affairs launch preparation and execution
  • Contribute to the development of field medical content deliverables, including slide decks and FAQs for internal training
  • Participate in Medical Review Committee (MRC) to understand regulations governing the communication of scientific information
  • Involvement in the planning, development, and execution of select Medical Congresses
