Requirements

Deep knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce platform specifically with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Extensive experience with Flows (Screen flows, scheduled flows, autolaunched flows) as well as Salesforce Lightning, especially Lightning Console
Familiar with the latest Salesforce tools and features such as Lightning Experience features, Flow Orchestrator, Data Loader, Developer Console, Metadata types, Email-to-Case, etc
Any experience working with Salesforce CPQ and Document Generation (e.g Conga, Docusign) is a huge plus
Experience with SFDC delivery process; particularly the Org Deployment Model
Experience working with various departments and teams to build Dashboard and Reports as well as working with programmers to determine the best solutions and when to use Declarative vs Programmatic Solutions
Use of change management systems like Change Sets and Gearset to deploy and track declarative changes
Experience with Marketing Automation Systems connected to Salesforce (like Hubspot, Marketo, etc.)

Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to groom and maintain a CRM product backlog
Working with Sales Management to use Salesforce best practices to develop processes that drive growth in sales
Use Declarative Salesforce functionality to build out our Salesforce CRM
Manage Salesforce sandboxes across different teams for testing, updates, connected applications, etc
Act as a member of an Agile Scrum team to build an excellent CRM solution to deliver value across the organization
Work with an incredible team of developers, stakeholders, product owners, and contractors to maintain and grow the value of our technical infrastructure
Partner with other teams to build/maintain dashboards and reports as well as provide strategic insights and apply data consistencies across the organization
Leverage your Salesforce knowledge to adequately train employees on how to use Salesforce
Work with the business to ensure we remain in compliance with required certificates and fiduciary responsibilities

Xometry is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our team and look for ways to leverage and improve our Salesforce platform to solve business problems for all of the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and work collaboratively alongside Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technology stakeholders to deliver updates and enhancements to the Salesforce environment.

What You’ll Do
