  • Expertise in Oracle Database programming 10g and above.
  • Oracle Forms and Reports 10g and above.
  • PL SQL.
  • Familiarity with Java.
  • Crystal Reports experience (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Computer-related field.
  • At least 7-8 years IT experience in systems analysis, design, programming, application development/implementation on the Oracle platform using Oracle Forms and Reports and familiarity with Java.
  • Full knowledge of Oracle Database, Forms and Reports to support, troubleshoot problems, analyze and automate existing manual functionalities, design, develop, and implement new ones, and mentor the Division staff for knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities
  • Support all existing departmental Oracle-based applications and analyze, design, and develop new ones.
  • Work with other programmer analysts in the division, assisting and guiding them for application development/enhancement and knowledge transfer.
  • Provide mentorship to Division staff for knowledge transfer.
  • Troubleshoot problems and automate existing manual functionalities within Oracle Database, Forms, and Reports; design, develop, and implement new functionalities as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Crystal Reports v10 and above experience is preferred.
