  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 1-year minimum professional experience in employment services or case management
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to transport clients to appointments
  • Up to 25% domestic travel only required
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive ongoing relationships with local business employing WRT’s clients
  • Expand employer base for refugee job placements
  • Assist employers to navigate and overcome potential barriers to employing refugees
  • Visit client job sites to evaluate success of job placement and troubleshoot any complications with placements
  • Conduct employment orientations in both individual and group settings
  • Work with Employment Team to creatively address barriers to self-sufficiency
  • Assist clients to enroll in GED preparatory classes/tutoring and to navigate the GED process
  • Provide coaching and instruction in areas of personal finance and budgeting
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and navigate vocational pathways at local community colleges and institutions
  • Maintain large amounts of client data, including case noting and database maintenance
  • Other related tasks as assigned
