THE VALUE YOU WILL BRING!
- You have expertise in UX best practices, conversion rate optimization and AB testing.
- You are very comfortable being client-facing with strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- You have experience in media planning and spend optimization.
- Partner with large life science brands in deploying Ostro’s engagement solutions within their digital experience.
- Lead client discovery sessions to understand the client’s key objectives, KPIs, and media/brand strategy.
- Audit existing client media assets and digital experiences for UX best practices and design user flows/experiences to optimize towards specific KPIs.
- Dive into data to measure the post-launch impact of the user experience, uncover trends and identify opportunities for iteration/AB testing.
- Monitor performance trends with different audience segments and deliver channel/spend optimization recommendations.
- Be an advocate for growth-related Product features and partner with the Product/Design teams to roll out.

WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO LOOK FORWARD TO?
We are looking for a Growth Strategist to partner with large life science brands in developing solutions and improvements for their digital experience. You will participate in client kickoffs with an emphasis on understanding KPIs, end user pain points, and proposing DTC best practice solutions using Ostro software. This role will focus heavily on analyzing client funnels to uncover trends and insights that inform strategy, growth opportunity, and UX change - you will be an advocate for growth-related features and partner with the Product/Design teams to rollout. The Growth Strategist will help clients design and implement AB tests that optimize the full acquisition funnel - from landing page visit to sign-up and conversion.
You’ll be joining as a key member of the Growth Insights team, with a unique opportunity to work with leading life science brands on how they engage with their users. As an early hire, you’ll be the go to expert on strategy to set the brand up for success on initial launch, as well as ongoing optimization efforts.
The salary range estimate for this position is $147,000- $155,000 USD & equity. These numbers are based on our compensation philosophy and US national averages since, as a fully remote company, we do not adjust compensation based on location.
