Production Assistant @ Hypebeast

As Production Assistant, you’ll assist the in-house Producer & Senior Producer at HYPEMAKER. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, working with some of the best brands in the world.

Responsibilities:

Attend Briefing Meetings to discuss potential productions.
Option crew & team for shoots.
Overseeing billing, production reconciliation, and other financial performance requirements working closely with the finance team.
Build and develop relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure the commercial proposition is continually fit for purpose.
Be present and assist on shoots as a runner.
Handle talent and crew. Assist designers, directors, camera people and other crew members on set.
Perform administrative work. Organise and distribute daily paperwork (e.g. scripts, call sheets).
Undertake errands as assigned. Act as a runner distributing messages or items within crew and cast.
Assisting and coordinating teams of Stylists, MUAs, logistics, designers, directors, camera people and other crew members.

Requirements:

Experience as Production Assistant or Runner both in pre-production & on-set.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability.
Resourcefulness and problem-solving.
A team player with great communication skillsComputer literate and good with numbers.
