Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Advertising, or related field.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Experience executing campaigns across email, social media, websites, and search channels.
  • Experience publishing website content using CMS platforms such as HubSpot, Sitecore, or equivalent.
  • Experience building and sending emails within ESP platforms such as HubSpot, Constant Contact, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent.
  • Experience managing social media calendars and publishing content across multiple platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Reddit.
  • Experience working with video content, including editing short-form videos, adding captions, resizing formats, publishing to native social platforms, YouTube, and Vimeo, and collaborating with creative teams to support video production.
  • Strong understanding of AEO/SEO, content strategy, and conversion optimization using tools such as GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail when managing campaign timelines, content updates, and publishing schedules.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com.
Responsibilities
  • Manage digital marketing campaign calendars and timelines using Monday.com, working cross-functionally with teammates in the Digital Center of Excellence, marketing, product, analytics, compliance, and clinical teams to ensure alignment on messaging, channel placement, and performance goals.
  • Build and deploy email campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and publishing across platforms including LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), X, and potentially TikTok and Reddit.
  • Create and publish website banners, content updates, blog articles, landing pages, and other digital assets using HubSpot and Sitecore CMS platforms.
  • Coordinate, edit, and publish video content across social media, email, and website channels to support patient education and engagement.
  • Apply AEO/SEO best practices to improve discoverability across traditional and AI-driven search platforms.
  • Coordinate content development across multiple stakeholders and brands and ensure consistent messaging across email, social media, and website channels that aligns with brand standards, voice, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a key contributor in shaping the new byramhealthcare.com and apria.com customer experiences through messaging, content strategy, and content organization that supports intuitive user journeys and conversion optimization.
  • Collaborate with UX, product, and development teams to improve content structure, usability, and conversion performance.
  • Monitor performance metrics across areas of responsibilities and help identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion outcomes.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare or another highly regulated industry (insurance, financial services, pharmaceutical, medical device).
  • Familiarity with HIPAA privacy rules.
  • Experience supporting accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA).
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS, and experience working with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, or equivalent.

April 7, 2026- Darby Thompson is joining Owens & Minor as Vice President (VP), Strategic Business Development and will report to Dean Huibregtse, Senior Vice President (SVP) Strategic Business Development. After working in various Commercial Account roles at Owens & Minor in the early 2000s, Darby went on to lead business development strategies in the industry and most recently served as the Director of Health System Strategy at Hanger Clinic.
