Requirements
  • 10+ years experience in an IT with at least 5 years in a solution architect, technology architect, or network architect role
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, computer science or equivalent
  • Knowledge of ITIL/COBIT methodologies; certifications preferred
  • In depth knowledge of enterprise networks, WAN/LAN/SASE and mobility environments
  • Track record in working with Information security team, product/software development teams, and other business functions to collaborate towards common objectives
  • Track record in working with senior leaders and executives
  • Experience in supporting multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience supporting an organization of 1000+ employees with PMO and a 24x7x365 operational support teams
  • Experience providing oversight of skilled IT resources and coordinating tasks with other leadership
  • Working knowledge of ITIL based operations and support services
  • Experience in metrics-driven management, using IT methodologies, and using KPI to achieve goals
  • Must have solid relationship management skills
  • Able to motivate and direct staff members and subordinates
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with IT and other functions to build consensus on key decisions
  • Lead new IT initiatives from a technical aspect from concept to operations
  • Establish best practices for IT solution architectures
  • Guide teams towards world class solutions through persuasion and supportive leadership
  • Evaluate and select optimal IT solutions for IT and other functions
  • Drive best practices in solution building including build vs buy decisions
  • Lead engagements with technology vendors for mutual success
  • Understand and drive achievement of IT goals through optimal use of technology
  • Thrive in a matrix organization with resource pools and PMO
Desired Qualifications
  • Certifications in enterprise architecture, Google / Microsoft / Apple is a plus
  • Certifications in Cisco or other Network vendors is a plus
  • Track record in building and deploying enterprise infrastructure solutions ; applications delivery experience is a plus
