We hear about infrastructure failures, whether bridge collapses, power blackouts, or water main breaks, every day in the news. Climate change and extreme weather events are disrupting the basic infrastructure we took for granted for years.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a Senior Consultant (Data Solutions) to manage day to day engagement with our strategic accounts and help them drive success across all stages of their Data Transformation journey. This role requires understanding customers’ business needs, translating needs into requirements & project plans, overseeing delivery of custom Proof of Concepts and Data Solutions that align with core Citylitics data capabilities & roadmap.

This is a highly collaborative role that requires a unique blend of customer delivery responsibilities, solution design, technical knowledge, project management, business acumen, and customer-facing presentations.

What Will You Achieve?

• Project manage multiple workstreams across our strategic accounts and internal technical & data teams to meet evolving customer expectations and ensure timely delivery milestones.
• Facilitate workshops that align stakeholders within our strategic accounts towards priorities in their Data Transformation journeys across multiple business units and offices.
• Develop solution designs, proof of concept scopes, project plans, statement of work (SOW), and resourcing plans necessary to achieve Citylitics account expansion & enterprise growth goals.
• Prepare and track all formal project correspondence to and from the customer and distribute relevant information to internal Citylitics teams.
• Ensure our custom data solutions & projects align with our core data platform capabilities & roadmap through close coordination with our Product team.

• A results-driven mentality, strong attention to details, and capable of balancing multiple projects & customer engagements effectively
• Experience in capturing customer requirements and converting requirements into technical specifications and project plans to lead a cross-functional team including Product, Sales, Customer Success, Data, and Engineering.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and creative skills and thrive at the intersection of business and technology. You have a strong sense of urgency and enjoy working with both technical and non-technical groups.
• 5-10 years of consulting experience in designing, positioning, and delivering solutions within software, data, or related industries.
• Presentation and facilitation experience demonstrated through prior client-facing engagements.
• Ability to pull in the right resources at the right time, work with the team to resolve escalated issues and take ownership of making decisions to ensure customers are successful and have a consistent and valuable experience.
• You possess strong financial and business acumen, technology and change management knowledge, and a principled problem-solving approach to high-stakes project challenges and opportunities.
• 5-10 years Experience working with cloud data platforms (Google Cloud is preferred), dashboard & reporting tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau), and AI/ML platforms (Azure, AWS, Google, OpenAI) is strongly preferred
