Responsibilities
  • Provide thought-leadership and industry knowledge of learning trends in relevant technology skills and guide the enterprise in maturing the evolving skills needs its people using variety of methods and tools.
  • Consult with business stakeholders, technical teams, and human resources to identify skill gaps and analyze training needs and training approaches relevant to the audience and environment.
  • Design and update technical curriculum, instructional materials, and technical content that advances growth pathways for the technical and professional skills of self-empowered individuals and teams.
  • Deliver content using existing or emerging tools and learning platforms to facilitate content consumption and learning.
  • Partner with relevant stakeholder to administer learning assessments and measure progress on development programs, methods, and outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning by setting goals, milestones, and maintaining accountability.
  • Participate in System IT development and learning groups to influence System direction, initiatives, and programs and champion local IT (FRBKC) perspectives.
