Requirements
  • 8+ years Kronos / UKG Pro Strategic Workforce Planning administration experience
  • Requires knowledge of wage and hour regulations
  • Applied experience consulting with the business to define requirements and to provide recommended solutions for prioritization
  • Experience working using Agile, Scrum and related principles and best practices
Responsibilities
  • Provide functional and subject matter expertise for wage and hour and policy compliance, with an emphasis on Scheduling and Forecasting functionality in UKG applications, as well as reporting, security
  • Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery, business process design, data integrity and UKG Pro Strategic Workforce Planning security requirements
  • Support governance process, road mapping exercises and cross functional resource planning
  • Configure and implement regulatory changes that affect scheduling processes and practices, ensuring business continuity and compliance with North America labor laws and regulations
  • Monitor continuing support and maintenance of new application features and functionality
  • Provides mentoring and training for end-users on new system changes and enhancements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from Tier 1 support team
  • Performs other duties as assigned
