Responsibilities
  • Build From Scratch: Partner with our co-founder to strategize, design, and build Version 1 of our provider-enablement platform, setting the foundation for a transformative healthcare product.
  • Architect and Innovate: Lead the development of our data platform, backend infrastructure, and APIs, ensuring scalable and secure systems that meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers.
  • Power Data-Driven Solutions: Design and maintain ETL pipelines to integrate diverse data sources, optimize machine learning infrastructure, and provide real-time analytics that impact financial results and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners to understand needs and tailor solutions. As we grow, mentor and guide the engineering team, driving a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence.
  • Prepare for Leadership: As a founding engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to move into a formal leadership role as the company scales.
