Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years of experience of employee relations experience
Responsibilities
  • Conduct employee investigations, separations and exit interviews
  • Process HRIS transactions and complete I-9 verification for new employees
  • Point of contact for all HR matters such as benefits, compensation, training, payroll, workers compensation, and employee relations
  • Provide field HR support to employees working in various construction sites
  • Audit time and attendance punches and approvals
  • Manage the provision and de-provision of software for employees
  • Assist with travel and relocation administration and coordination
  • Greet candidates onsite, deliver tours, prepare hiring managers for interviews, ensure schedules are maintained
  • Facilitate the new-hire on-boarding process including generating offer letters and processing background checks
  • Assist with HR initiatives and projects
