- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of experience of employee relations experience
- Conduct employee investigations, separations and exit interviews
- Process HRIS transactions and complete I-9 verification for new employees
- Point of contact for all HR matters such as benefits, compensation, training, payroll, workers compensation, and employee relations
- Provide field HR support to employees working in various construction sites
- Audit time and attendance punches and approvals
- Manage the provision and de-provision of software for employees
- Assist with travel and relocation administration and coordination
- Greet candidates onsite, deliver tours, prepare hiring managers for interviews, ensure schedules are maintained
- Facilitate the new-hire on-boarding process including generating offer letters and processing background checks
- Assist with HR initiatives and projects
