Requirements
  • 3–4 years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch
  • Expert proficiency in Figma
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Strong understanding of cross-platform mobile UX/UI principles and methodologies, with experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse audiences
  • A passion for design and a relentless commitment to creating exceptional user experiences
  • Ability to travel up to six times per year for team meetings and customer visits
Responsibilities
  • Independently own the end-to-end design process from user flow diagrams to polished designs that are ready for engineering handoff
  • Participate in discovery calls and visits with our users and synthesize research into key insights that will support your decisions
  • Partner with product managers and collaborate throughout the design process to deliver solutions that bring value to our users and our business
  • Work closely with engineers, QA, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, constraints, and iterate on ideas quickly
  • Participate in design reviews by sharing work with the team and providing constructive feedback to the other team members
  • Contribute to the design team’s culture of collaboration and support
