Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on regional education policies, school curricula, exam systems, and local learning trends to identify market opportunities and emerging educational needs
  • Design and execute targeted enrollment campaigns tailored to specific regions, focusing on the unique needs of local parents and students, and ensuring alignment with regional educational trends
  • Organize and manage region-specific events, workshops, and informational sessions for parents and students to showcase educational products and services
  • Drive lead generation activities through online and offline channels, ensuring effective conversion of leads into enrollments
  • Customize and promote educational products and services based on regional requirements, ensuring the offerings meet the specific needs of students and parents in different areas
  • Increase brand presence in the region through strategic marketing channels, ensuring effective communication of the brand’s value proposition to local families
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and feedback to adjust strategies and improve results
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, content, and product development to ensure the success of regional growth initiatives
Desired Qualifications
