*This position is on-site based in Odessa, TX. Occasional travel to multiple Atlas sites in West Texas and other locations may be required.
How You Will Make an Impact
As an experienced Recruiter, you will support our recruitment efforts in the Permian Basin.This dynamic role involves full-cycle recruitment, close collaboration with the Manufacturing Team, and active participation as a key member of the Human Resources Team. You will play a vital role in shaping our workforce and driving the culture at Atlas Sand, making this a high-impact and essential position within our organization.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate engagement to onboarding.
- Identify and attract candidates through referrals, job fairs, databases, social media, and other channels.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events and relationships with colleges, trade schools, community events, and the frac sand industry.
- Evaluate applicants’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes through technical, competency, and cultural fit interviews
- Partner with managers to assess candidate skills and enhance interview effectiveness.
- Lead and facilitate calibration sessions to ensure consistency in interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company
- Adopt Best HR Practices: Implement and monitor leading recruiting practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in manufacturing or Oil & Gas
- Experience with Lever or Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
