Requirements
  • Globally-minded with deep Americas market knowledge and executive program experience
  • Strong relationship builder, ensuring tight regional marketing alignment, integration and partnership
  • 12+ years of marketing and program management experience, ideally in multi-national, matrix organizations
  • Proven ability to engage C-level executives with relevant curated experiences
  • Exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management skills and an ability to lead a team in developing and delivering marketing campaigns and programs within a very dynamic environment
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to address both strategic and tactical needs

Responsibilities
  • Designing, delivering and owning an executive customer marketing plan, aligning regional needs with global priorities
  • Aligning with field marketing planning activities to integrate and deliver regional and global marquee executive programs, including executive experiences aligned to our global conference series, customer spotlight tours, exclusive hospitality and networking opportunities and executive digital programs
  • Using creative and innovative approaches to generate and maximise executive engagement through alliances, partners, 3rd parties and wider ecosystem
  • Managing communications with executive leadership, marketing and sales leadership, and demand marketing to drive strategic audience acquisition
  • Enabling and supporting the field marketing teams to deliver consistent customer experiences - across areas including content, branding and messaging - through guidance from, and partnership with - global brand, content, and other key stakeholder teams
  • Evaluating, measuring and reporting on strategic effectiveness and ROI for program efforts, sharing the results in regional sales and marketing leadership meetings
  • Identifying and securing internal and external SMEs to engage with, and participate in, executive programs
  • Being the voice of AMS marketing to shape and refine global executive programs and experiences
Desired Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 12+ years of marketing experience and 5+ years executive program experience, preferably in a SaaS / Enterprise Software growth company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must have the ability to communicate with team members at varying levels of management, conceptually and tactically
  • Ability to work on simultaneous marketing programs that require both strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution
  • Experience successfully interfacing with external vendors and external marketing agencies
  • Creative mind that thrives on ways to inspire and engage customers
  • Follows a metrics-driven, analytical approach that respects compliance, legal and financial management policies and processes
