Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary receptionist for the Network Office by answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Coordinate office supply ordering and inventory management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, coordinating troubleshooting and resolution of service, equipment, and system issues for the Network Office.
  • Support invoice processing, purchase orders, expense tracking, and purchase reconciliation for the Network Office.
  • Process and submit reimbursements for Chiefs.
  • Support facilities-related requests and coordination.
  • Assist with scheduling shared conference rooms and office spaces.
  • Maintain filing systems and organizational records while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Translate all written materials that come from the office of the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Talent, Operations, and Schools teams.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and cross-functional logistics as needed.
  • Support coordination of conference room space and navigation of competing needs.
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of internal databases and systems.
  • Coordinate logistics for network-wide meetings, celebrations, and events.
  • Support food orders, room setup, supplies, and technology needs for meetings and trainings.
  • Assist with special projects and other assigned duties.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
  • Some college is preferred.
