Responsibilities
  • Manage own pipeline while bringing fresh ideas to the recruiting approach and processes
  • Find solutions to big, interesting problems while getting the day-to-day details right
  • Handle a high volume pipeline of full-cycle candidate management during the campus recruiting season
  • Provide suggestions on ways to optimize the recruiting approach based on observations and lessons learned
  • Participate in a thoughtful onboarding process that offers a deep dive into the big-picture strategy and daily work
  • Support professional growth with hands-on training and mentorship
  • Drive strategy forward using expertise and insights in the search and interview process
