Responsibilities
  • Help us find and hire outstanding interns to join our Software Engineering teams
  • Manage your own pipeline while bringing fresh ideas to our approach and processes
  • Find solutions to big, interesting problems while getting the day-to-day details right
  • Get into the weeds with a high volume pipeline of full-cycle candidate management during the campus recruiting season
  • Inform suggestions on ways we can optimize our approach based on observations and lessons learned during each season
  • Participate in a thoughtful onboarding process that offers a deep dive into our big-picture strategy and how it applies to our daily work
  • Support professional growth with hands-on training and mentorship
  • Drive our strategy forward with expertise and insights
