Due to our continued expansion and growth, we now have an opportunity for a full-time Project Coordinator at our Headquarters located in Irvine, CA.

Primary Function:

Responsible for managing a variety of growth projects, including new site set up and acquisition integration. Primary responsibility is to manage the planning and execution of these projects by working with a cross functional company team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cross functional team and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
• Attend training as required to maintain proficiency

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant experience
• 2-5 years project management experience required
• Hands-on project management experience focused on operational improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and tact
• Collaborative, ability to foster trusting relationships
• Effective communication and influencing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational skills required
• Strong time management skills, including ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
• Accountability for meeting deadlines and ability to maintain effectiveness under deadlines
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills supported by proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project
• Experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

Work Schedule
