Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • At least 7-10 years of demonstrated expertise in L&D
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of and demonstrated ability to apply adult learning theories, best-in-class learning technologies, and modern instructional design methodologies
  • Able to work a hybrid schedule of 4 days per week in our NYC office and located within 75 minutes' commuting distance of the office
Responsibilities
  • Centralize and unify Charlie Health’s learning and development function
  • Build and deliver leadership, management, and functional development trainings
  • Act as the L&D business partner to key client groups
  • Oversee learning governance to ensure compliance
  • Own all business processes related to learning systems
  • Implement a progressive Leadership Development program
  • Support and streamline Clinical and Corporate onboarding functions
  • Measure, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of development programming
  • Ad hoc training and development programs based on business needs

Charlie Health provides a virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adolescents and young adults, leveraging virtual technology to offer evidence-based, personalized treatment plans for various high-acuity mental health conditions. The program integrates supported groups, individual therapy, and family therapy to deliver comprehensive care through virtual IOP sessions.
