Requirements
  • A high school diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
  • Professional experience providing on-site application support for enterprise radiology Picture Archiving and Communication Systems platforms, Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine workflows, and electronic health record integrations.
  • Working knowledge of voice recognition reporting systems, image-sharing tools, or post-processing imaging software.
  • Ability to maintain an on-site physical presence and travel between local healthcare facilities to support clinical teams.
Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time, on-site technical support to radiologists and technologists to ensure uninterrupted clinical imaging workflows and diagnostic readings.
  • Conduct regular rounding with clinical leaders and physicians to proactively identify and resolve application bottlenecks at the point of care.
  • Manage local ticket queues and system error logs to ensure technical issues find rapid resolution within established service levels.
  • Support image-guided equipment onboarding and workstation maintenance in collaboration with biomedical and field service partners.
  • Lead local application testing and downtime coordination during major incidents to protect patient data integrity and care continuity.
