Responsibilities

Respond to new service requests, changes, incidents, and cancellations of NMCI Services
Execute Move-Add-Change (MAC) requests and other related NMCI business processes
Support on-site visits to customers and serve as the liaison between customer and other entities
Communicate updates and changes to the NMCI catalog of services
Support on-premises NMCI hardware inventory and distribution to customers
Support inventory activities such as unloading pallets, moving, stocking, accounting, barcoding, tagging, and producing data and reports
Support NMCI contract line items including software, services, and work requests
Support cellular/wireless requests including activations, ordering, cancellations, and more

NMCI Support Analyst

Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC)

San Diego, CA (Point Loma) – Onsite

$65 - 75K (Depending on Experience) - Full-Time with Benefits

Monday -Thursday 9 hour shift 6AM - 4:30PM and every other Friday 6AM - 3:30PM

You will respond to new service requests, changes, incidents, and cancellations of NMCI Services for NIWC Pacific.

You will also:

• Execute Move-Add-Change (MAC) requests, buildouts, and other related NMCI business processes.

• Support on-site visits to customers, which may include VIPs, and serve as the liaison and advocate between customer and other entities and may include escalation coordination, tracking and communications.

• Communicate updates and changes to the NMCI catalog of services to ACTRs and customers.

• Support on-premises NMCI hardware inventory such as monitors, keyboards, peripherals and computers for distribution to ACTRs and customers

• Support for inventory, to include but not limited to, unloading pallets, moving, stocking, accounting, barcoding, tagging, affixing labels and recording and producing data and reports required for revenue collection and reconciliation activities

• Support NMCI contract line items including software, services and work requests

• Support cellular/wireless requests, including activations, ordering, cancellations, disposal, suspending services, ordering accessories, installing PureBred certificates, enrolling devices in Mobile Device Managers (MDM), changing plans and features from request system and subsequently fulfilling request through mandatory cellular contract transaction systems

REQUIRED:

• DOD Secret Security Clearance - If you had a clearance within the past 24 months, we may be able to reactivate it.

• 1.5 years of NMCI support experience

• Experience with NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET)
