  • 2+ years of experience in data engineering, preferably in healthcare or related technology fields.
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data types and standards (e.g., Claims, EHR systems, HL7, FHIR).
  • Working knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and database principles.
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL and experience with Python.
  • Experience with both structured and unstructured data.
  • Basic understanding of cloud-based data architectures and technologies.

  • Assists in building and maintaining data pipelines to integrate various source systems into the Strive Data Platform.
  • Analyzes source system data to understand business logic and contribute to ensuring data quality throughout pipelines.
  • Supports the development of cloud-based architecture components.
  • Applies and expands healthcare domain knowledge to inform the development of data pipelines.
