About the Role:
We’re looking for an energetic, personable and detail-oriented intern to assist with some new program launches from the Demandbase L&D team in 2023! You will have the opportunity to be in a high visibility internship role where you’re supporting efforts for employees across the business to grow and develop.
If you’re passionate about helping others, learning and have a growth mindset or you’re interested in breaking into the L&D space, this internship may be for you!
We’re looking for a student or recent graduate (within the past 6 mos) who is available for an internship starting asap.
The pay rate for this internship is $17.50/hr.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist in a new L&D program “Demandbase Talentplace” that is a mentorship marketplace by:
- Monitoring applications that come through from interested mentees
- Work with the Director of L&D to review and approve applications and then connect mentees with mentors
- Update the Demandbase Talentplace (google sites) with mentee and mentor matches
- Periodically check in with mentees/mentors to see how mentorship relationships are tracking
- Manage the administrative tasks associated with the largest L&D program internally including but not limited to:
- Reviewing and approving learning program requests for individuals and managers based on available budget (all the forms and sheets will already be built out with the appropriate data for you to cross check and approve)
- Pulling manager reports as needed for available budget
- Assigning / reassigning licenses as an admin for tools like Coursera, Masterclass or A Cloud Guru for those in the DB community
- Assist L&D department with general learning and development programs including but not limited to:
- Co-facilitation (experience with zoom and Gatheround is a plus but not required!)
- Reinforcing learning initiatives, posting and managing inquiries via Slack, e-mail or phone
- Measuring program success
What we’re looking for:
- A current student or a new graduate who has graduated within the past 6 months
- A student who is interested in corporate Learning & Development is self-aware and is interested in their own growth, career advancement and skills development
- Experience with Google Sites, Zoom, Gatheround, Coursera, Masterclass, or A Cloud Guru is a plus
- Exemplary attention to detail is a MUST
- You have a high level of enthusiasm and provide great internal customer service to whoever you interact with
- You are a quick learner and open to learning and working in a later-stage startup environment
