  • 5+ years’ in a project management role with demonstrated increasing responsibility over time
  • Competency in HubSpot and Raiser’s Edge or similar software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail and ability to execute well
  • Ability to write logically, clearly and concisely
  • Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills and detail orientation
  • Ability to work effectively both as a team member and independently
  • Ability to capture and organize complex information
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects
Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and execute engaging digital fundraising campaigns for multiple channels across core platforms including HubSpot, Thankview, Hustle and more
  • Deliver tailored content to various audiences such as monthly donors, mid-level donors, lapsed donors, church donors, etc.
  • Ensuring that all solicitation and stewardship materials meet the highest possible standards for editorial quality while conveying a consistent brand message
  • Ensure, where appropriate, that the digital fundraising strategy aligns with broader Marketing campaigns and quarterly Annual Fund strategy
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Data Teams to understand email segmentation strategies, donor journeys and personalized communications and automation tools
  • Guide the development of new online efforts, such as peer-to-peer and crowdfunding
  • Help develop and execute strategy on the Annual Fund team’s communications deliverables during times of disaster response
  • Manage the Annual Fund communications calendar and individual projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Assist in coordination of the visual design of digital materials for Annual Fund content
  • Day to day project manager for a fundraising tech stack including HubSpot, Raiser’s Edge, Thankview, Hustle, Double the Donation, Pledgemine, Canva, and Classy
  • Ensuring optimal use of fundraising technology with proactive reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and adjust strategies to maximize donations
  • Analyze current and historical fundraising results to identify trends and patterns, allowing for data-driven decision-making
  • Provide recommendations and implement new approaches to improve the online giving process and enhance digital conversion rates
  • Implement best practices for designing captivating e-mails and analyzing response data to better enhance communications with partners
  • Maintain and monitor Raiser’s Edge data imports and exports to ensure highly effective and accurate email deliverability
  • Work closely with the Marketing Department’s Digital Team to ensure the seamless transition to Annual Fund
  • Attend in-person and virtual meetings in collaboration with members of the Annual Fund and Strategic Engagement Department
  • Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in fundraising or mass marketing for a high-volume non-profit development department or a private sector equivalent
  • 3+ years of proficiency with a fundraising tech stack using HubSpot, Raiser’s Edge, Luminate Online, Thankview, Hustle, Simple Texting, Canva, Pledgemine, Double the Donation, or similar software platforms
