  • University degree in Business, Economics, IT, Marketing, or similar
  • 3-4 years working experience in a related field

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the management of your client portfolio following implementation
  • Help build loyalty by creating excellent relationships with clients
  • Brainstorm and suggest Conversion Rate Optimisation experiments and personalisation campaign ideas with clients
  • Assist clients in creating campaigns by working closely with the technical team
  • Analyse and identify new areas for optimisation following data analysis
  • Maximise your portfolio's expansion while minimising churn
  • Undertake operational and methodological training for major accounts
  • Help the sales team with the on-boarding of new clients (proof of concepts, technical support, determining the most suitable solution for the customer, presentation of products and services)
