About the Role
This role is a Senior Analyst position on the Client Experience Management Team at Jordan Park. The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting leadership while collaborating with a dynamic management team. As a Senior Analyst, you will have the unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the private wealth management business. Responsibilities for the role include:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the management team in driving business initiatives, operational efficiency, and strategic planning
- Provide analytical support to aid decision-making and strategy development
- Curate weekly management meetings, overseeing agenda setting, follow-ups, and communication tracking
- Provide daily briefings with key insights for client and prospective client meetings, ensuring effective follow-through
- Record and log meeting notes in Salesforce, maintaining detailed communication records
- Draft and monitor emails, ensuring timely follow-ups and task completion
- Author thought leadership content on industry trends to present to management. Past examples have included Trends in Multi-Family Office Industry, Economics of Family Offices, and AI curriculum development
- Contribute to Business Development efforts through meeting material creation, financial analysis, and client engagement
- Log meetings and notes in Salesforce to track interactions with prospective clients
- Monitor market activity and industry trends to identify strategic opportunities with potential clients
- Design marketing collateral and client qualification processes, utilizing tools like MS Forms and Smartsheet
- Create internal educational content for advisor training and Business Development meetings
- Track client referrals, reference calls, and projected AUM, generating monthly metrics and reports
- Work closely with the management team to facilitate cross-team communication, collaboration, manage special projects, and offer innovative solutions
- Conduct research, analyze data, and present actionable insights to refine business strategies
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and develop a strong industry network
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize business performance through data-driven insights
- Develop leadership skills through hands-on involvement with management, gaining in-depth knowledge of private wealth management practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
About You
- Bachelor’s degree
- Have between 1- and 2-years work experience
- Are comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Self-starter who takes ownership and can lead/manage tasks independently; confidence to work closely with senior leaders
- Highly organized and process oriented
- Commitment to excellence and high level of integrity
- Have experience serving and working with clients
- Can communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Seek to understand how the smallest details fit into the “big picture” of our service to clients
- Are discreet in handling sensitive and confidential information

- Aptitude for learning new technologies
- Previous financial services (private banking or wealth management) experience
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation at Jordan Park includes a base salary, discretionary year-end bonus, benefits, and other perks. We apply a total reward philosophy when determining compensation terms.
The expected base salary for this role in San Francisco, California will range from $100,000 to $110,000 per year commensurate with experience, job-related skills, relevant education, licenses and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
