Zafin recognized on CNBC's World's Top Fintech Companies 2026 list. July 22, 2026 Zafin has been recognized on CNBC's World's Top Fintech Companies 2026 list in the Enterprise Fintech category for the second consecutive year. This recognition, presented by CNBC and Statista Inc., highlights the most innovative and influential fintech companies around the globe across eight market segments. Why this recognition matters. Zafin builds the infrastructure that regulated financial institutions rely on to modernize product and pricing, govern complex operations, and deliver on customer commitments at scale. Being recognized in the Enterprise Fintech category reflects its focus on the hard problems: auditability, complex integration, and controlled modernization for institutions where getting it right is non-negotiable. Two consecutive years on this list tells me Zafin is solving the right problems. The financial institutions Zafin serve are navigating real complexity, regulatory pressure, rising customer expectations, and the need to move faster without compromising control. Zafin build technology that makes that possible. What drives Zafin now is deepening that impact: serving more institutions, solving harder problems, and setting a new benchmark for innovation in regulated industries. Charbel Safadi, CEO, Zafin How CNBC chose the top fintech companies. VirtualZ Computing and Zafin announce joint success advancing high-performance data operations for financial institutions. Business Wire Collaboration further optimizes high-volume data performance within Zafin's IO platform MINNEAPOLIS & TORONTO, July 21, 2026-(BUSINESS WIRE)-VirtualZ Computing, a provider of no-code data access and data movement software for hybrid enterprise environments, and Zafin, the AI platform company for regulated institutions, today announced a successful collaboration supporting high-volume data operations at enterprise scale for financial institutions. The Zafin IO integration platform connects data, events, services, workflows and applications across legacy and modern environments so institutions can modernize without disrupting critical operations. Zafin has leveraged PropelZ(TM) for Linux by VirtualZ to accelerate batch processing across z/OS mainframe formats, eliminate unnecessary intermediate data handling steps, and streamline high-volume data sharing across enterprise deployments. These improvements enhance platform performance while supporting faster delivery of product and pricing capabilities for banks. "Data processing at scale is foundational to modern banking," said Shahir Daya, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Zafin. "As we support some of the world's largest financial institutions, performance, resilience, and architectural simplicity are critical. By leveraging PropelZ for Linux within our banking platform strategy, we've increased throughput, reduced unnecessary processing layers, and improved operational efficiency all without introducing additional complexity into our systems." "Zafin's use of PropelZ demonstrates how accelerating data movement and removing unnecessary steps can materially improve efficiency and cost structures said Jeanne Glass, Founder and CEO of VirtualZ Computing. Zafin launches AIOS platform to orchestrate AI agents for regulated institutions

Zafin, an AI platform company for regulated institutions, has launched AIOS, an end-to-end agent orchestration platform designed to govern agentic work across enterprises. The platform orchestrates agents, models, tools and workflows whilst maintaining visibility and control over how work is executed. AIOS addresses a critical gap identified in a recent Deloitte survey, which found only 21% of organisations have mature governance models for autonomous AI agents. The platform embeds enterprise guardrails, cost controls and proof of work into execution paths, creating evidence records that support policy, compliance and audit requirements. Zafin validated AIOS internally before customer deployment. The company is offering the AIOS Accelerator programme for qualified institutions ready to implement governed agentic work across software delivery, modernisation and regulated research workflows.
