Requirements
  • Preference will be given to a student currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in psychology or a recent graduate.
  • Own transportation is required to travel to affiliated research sites.
  • Successful completion of background checks is required in accordance with University policies.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the sleep research team with a five-year National Institutes of Health-funded longitudinal research project following up the sleep, cardiometabolic, and neurocognitive health of approximately 700 young adults aged 18 to 30.
  • Make phone calls to recruit subjects and participants for visits.
  • Obtain informed consent.
  • Conduct data collection using structured interviewing.
  • Administer neurocognitive and psychological tests.
  • Perform electroencephalography hookups.
  • Monitor incoming data for accuracy.
  • Ensure data is entered correctly and reconciled according to principal investigator guidelines.
