Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file requisite formation documents with the Internal Revenue Service
  • Review and validate tax forms for withholding purposes
  • Develop and maintain tracking systems for both client-based and firm-based projects
  • Document, organize, analyze and maintain large data sets on Excel
  • Prepare and draft deliverable files to client
  • International tax special projects including: Form 1099 reporting, BEA reporting, Investor outreach and form collection, FATCA reporting.

  • Working knowledge of financial statements and basic accounting is a plus
