Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in managing IT application implementation and maintenance projects.
  • Experience with applications in Workiva ESG and Archer is desirable.
  • Knowledge or experience in AI and process automation.
  • Advanced level of English (minimum C1).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Teamwork capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly changing work environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, plan, and manage end-to-end IT application implementation projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the functional areas related to the applications under their responsibility.
  • Lead the maintenance of applications for various corporate areas, as well as the implementation of new features and improvements.
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal and external teams to ensure technical issues are resolved and applications and system integrations function optimally.
  • Ensure the integrity and security of data managed by the systems.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and end users, ensuring needs and expectations are understood and met.
  • Provide technical support and training to users.
  • Participate in the process of identifying solutions and applications based on user needs.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with WordPress, Appian, or OneTrust environments is a plus.
  • Experience with Workiva ESG or Archer is desirable.
