The Role

NewRocket is a global team made up of ServiceNow professionals who help our customers run and grow their ServiceNow environments.  We are hiring for a Program Manager within our Delivery organization.  The Program Manager will be accountable for the oversight and management of a complement of technical and non-technical roles within a Mission Crew with resources primarily (but not limited to) across the UK and India regions.

The Program Manager is overall accountable for delivering the Service Offering, ensuring the client realizes value from the offering, managing the Program as per monthly subscription, ensuring appropriate resourcing and adhering to program governance. This client facing role is integral to the ongoing development, and exemplification of our #ExCITE values across all team members to create enduring success/relationships with all Customers, each other, and our internal/external partners.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage multiple related projects and interdependencies
• Provide guidance and direction to project teams to reach overall delivery success
• Build trust-based relationships with customers
• Drive program scope execution and objectives to meet customer expectations and achieve high customer satisfaction scores
• Manage solutions using agile and iterative project methodologies and various project management tools
• Measure and report progress of teams
• Facilitate informed decision making
• Lead project implementation from design to delivery
• Facilitate crew and customer meetings
• Determine communication plans
• Assign resources, timelines, and schedules
• Manage program budgets and forecasts
• Manage risks, issues, decisions, change and dependencies
• Prepare program or project status reports
• Prepare executive customer and stakeholder status reports
• Ensures quality control standards
• Manage a team of project managers and analysts
• Responsible for the performance and professional growth of direct reports 

What You Bring Along

• 8 + Years experiences Professional Services or Consulting
• 5 - 7 Years Project/Program Management experience
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies
• Broad understanding of the ServiceNow Domain areas
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to assess and mitigate risk
• Exhibit strong leadership capabilities
• Lead and motivate a team
• Comfortable providing positive and constructive feedback
• Ability to collaborate with other leaders to achieve company goals
• Ability to simplify complex situations

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Certifications:  PMP required; Agile/Scrum (highly desirable)
