Operations Analyst

Job Description:
Standard Nuclear is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Operations Analyst to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for a dynamic individual who is eager to learn, comfortable working across multiple functions, and ready to support a wide range of operational needs. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to take ownership of both recurring processes and ad hoc projects. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution and maintenance of core operational processes across multiple teams
• Assist with data tracking, reporting, and documentation to inform business decisions
• Identify inefficiencies and help implement process improvements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address operational issues and streamline workflows
• Provide support on special projects, analyses, and initiatives as needed
• Maintain and update internal systems, tools, and records to ensure data accuracy and process continuity
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Economics, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel and task/project management platforms
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
