  • You are preparing a master’s degree in Business/Engineering School or University.
  • You are proficient in French and have good level of English.
  • You demonstrate leadership skills and show a strong determination to get things done to achieve your objectives.
  • You are customer-oriented and have a strong passion for sales and/or marketing.
  • Agility and creativity are part of your skills-set.
  • You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities
  • You will be in charge of a specific category for France (eg. Oral Care with Oral-B, Baby Care with Pampers, Hair Care with Head & Shoulders and Aussie etc.), representing a 200 to 300 million euros turnover.
  • Your mission will be, in close collaboration with the Marketing team, to increase this turnover and improve the fundamentals by making strategic decisions related to budgets, mix, and discounts.
  • In partnership with Key Accounts and National Accounts, which represent a 200 to 300 million euros turnover, you will take part in negotiations at a national level on prices, mix, discounts and the merchandising.
  • You will work in collaboration with the Customer Team to prepare business plans and negotiations with our clients.
