Requirements
  • Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or high-growth software-as-a-service environment.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent searches across multiple functions without sacrificing candidate experience or hiring quality.
  • Strong outbound sourcing skills, including the ability to build creative pipelines for hard-to-fill or niche roles rather than relying solely on inbound applicants.
  • Experience building or improving recruiting processes, such as structured interview scorecards, hiring manager training, or calibration sessions.
  • A track record of diversity, equity, and inclusion-focused or bias-aware sourcing and hiring practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with senior leaders.
  • Ability to pull, interpret, and act on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and pipeline conversion.
  • Proficiency with an applicant tracking system.
Responsibilities
  • Own and lead full-cycle hiring across multiple concurrent searches, from intake through offer and close, balancing hands-on execution with pipeline strategy and stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner with hiring managers to shape role scope, define success profiles, and calibrate expectations to target the right talent.

  • Establish and refine interview frameworks, scorecards, and calibration practices to support high-quality, equitable, and consistent hiring outcomes.
  • Champion an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience and ensure thoughtful, bias-aware hiring practices.
  • Contribute to and help shape the employer brand by staying close to market trends and ensuring the recruiting narrative resonates with top talent.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion, and drive accountability across the hiring process.
Desired Qualifications

  • Experience helping build or scale a recruiting function at a growth-stage company.
  • Experience contributing to employer branding or recruitment marketing, including LinkedIn and careers site content.
  • Experience with Greenhouse or Pinpoint.
