- Minimum of 8 years experience with enterprise data management and architecture with software development background
- Experience building and driving enterprise level data architecture across sophisticated platforms in the cloud - Azure, AWS or GCP
- Good to have: Experience with Databricks Platform
- Experience working directly with stakeholders on a variety of different requirements with different levels of technical understanding
- Understanding of AI/ML platforms and data requirements to facilitate development of AI/ML models
- MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Be a thought leader in defining Databricks strategy and roadmap for internal lakehouse architecture
- Have a full stack view of opportunities across data sourcing, scalable workflows, data platform, automation frameworks, and visualization design
- Evaluate new data technologies and tools
- Establish and maintain data standards and policies
- Define the vision and strategy of data products for business use-cases
- Build empathy for customers and deliver data solutions with measurable impact on the business
- Create and implement blueprints for data management processes and procedures
- Work with product managers to understand business requirements and constraints
- Convert data models into actionable execution plans
- Build strong relationships with internal team and business partners
