Requirements
  • Bachelors' degree B.A. / B.S or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of experience in managing client relationships for targeted marketing communication and/or related projects
  • Knowledge of the suite of Best Customer Communications & Kroger Precision Marketing inventory and differentiation in the marketplace
  • Strong attention to details and project management skills
  • Analytical acumen to make decisions
  • Technical acumen to leverage key tools in a timely and accurate manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Responsibilities
  • Delivering accurate and timely audience sizing
  • Supporting proposal development for suppliers & stakeholders (intake)
  • Assistance with post campaign reporting and recommendations
  • Project managing campaign proposal and wrap report development to ensure on-time deliverables
  • Working effectively with cross functional team to execute against Multi-Supplier BCC & KPM campaigns. This includes Merchandising Leads, Campaign Operations, Loyalty Marketing Consultants, Campaign Managers, Creative, Media Planners, Product Strategy, and Data Scientists
  • Supporting the Integrated Merchandising Leader with campaign executions including but not limited to audience sizing and finalization of campaign intake
  • Proactively troubleshoot campaign issues and partner with campaign operations and assigned account manager to identify solutions
  • Assist in development and/or QA of wrap report analysis and recommendations
  • Review and support billing sheets to ensure accurate billing information
  • Interface with cross-departmental contacts to ensure seamless campaign setup
  • Ability to work independently to ensure success of high volume of campaigns executed, while also agile to successfully work with a cross-functional team
  • Support annual Fresh BCC expectations efforts through sales data, identify HH counts, etc
  • Annual / Quarterly evaluation of Fresh BCC offer pools, bringing data and/or insights for optimization opportunities
