  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in asset management sales, with a focus on intermediary clients and a strong track record of success in promoting mutual funds, ETFs, and cash products.
  • Fluency in Hebrew is a significant advantage.
  • Strong relationship management skills with experience working with wealth managers, private banks, and financial advisors.
  • In-depth understanding of the Israeli financial landscape and intermediary distribution channels.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret market trends, product data and clients insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Strong Client Facing and/or Investment experience in the asset management industry of 6+ years.
  • Advanced degree in Business or Finance and/or CFA designation preferred.
  • Confirmed ability to develop and execute successfully on strategic sales plans.
  • Experience operating in a dynamic environment while managing various stakeholder needs and overall business risk factors.
  • Attentive to detail with an ability to look critically at a problem and proposed solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote our product offerings within the Israeli market, driving revenue growth and meeting key business objectives.
  • Build and manage relationships with financial intermediaries, including asset managers, wealth managers, private banks, platforms and family offices, to ensure alignment with their needs and expectations.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the intermediary space and leverage your network to drive product adoption and increase our market share.
  • Oversee RFP processes, client onboarding and coordinate projects related to client reporting and ongoing management post onboarding to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Partner closely with Capital Markets, Strategy, Product and Marketing teams to identify market themes and ensure the alignment of messaging and product positioning within the market.
  • Deliver high-quality client service, providing ongoing support and communicating investment ideas and research effectively to clients and prospects.
